Bad company that was noted for being in a class action. Never received written notice from them, and when I called to say the payment they were asking for was handled by the car rental company (which I had written confirmation of) they insisted I give them my credit card number over the phone without any additional information. If you get a call demand at least a validation letter mailed to you to know you aren't being scammed.
Mario Diamantopolous has refused to provide the documentation VCS has on the debt I owed. He is brusque, unprofessional, and may have falsely misrepresented the debt to me over the phone. Other agents and Mario’s supervisor have assured me they would provide the documentation, only to fail to do so.
Scam artist sent me a bill for tolls I paid twice one on my own ez pass and then paid Avis on top of that to avoid the hassle of fighting - both of which I have receipts for - only to get a bill from these crooks what a joke
