I've picked up here several times, always the best people, very helpful and quick loading.
Excellent experience with this company!! We drove from WI to help the Nashville area with a big snow storm. Having plow troubles, I called at 11:42pm expecting to leave a message. The phone was answered and Robert offered every troubleshooting option he could think of. Rather than telling me to bring my equipment in (so he could bill me), he said "what can I do to help. 5 star experience!
Great service.
Used this shop years ago and great service then. Recommended people to them and I get the same complaint over and over. They don't return calls or communicate. If your not TDOT I guess your nobody! Was asked if I was so I should known then I was doomed! 24hrs no return call. This is a poor excuse for a boss dealer! Last year same thing no return call and had to go an additional 1.5 hrs out of the way to get parts
