Blew my waterpump close to Suffield Alberta on the July Long. The tow truck driver recommended Viking. The owner came in on Sunday and let me pull my truck into a bay. He got the parts first thing in the morning. Gave us a ride to the hotel and picked us up in the morning. Awesome Service and Super Friendly people. Would highly recommend
I don't give a lot of reviews, but I had to give one here. Kevin and the team at Viking Automotive have always given me honest mechanical advice, repairs (when needed) and reliable service. I have been a customer since day one and to put it bluntly, if you don't go to Viking Automotive already, you have been going to the wrong place. I thank everyone at Viking for the great service. I was driving cross country and heard an ominous sound in my car that made me nervous to continue across the prairies. They were able to see me right away and helped to check out the issue with the car. So thankful for their help and would definitely recommend!
Great service and owner. The water pump broke had it fixed on Friday and they were so kind to meet us on Saturday on his day off didn't charge n arm and a leg. For the past couple years we had heating issues and took it local mechanics around Falun and Pigeon Lake area and they said oh just put cardboard on front of it. We have great heat now and everything is working. We were a long way from home but we are considering bringing all of our vehicles down here which is a 6 hr drive from home here to get fixed now because they ... read more
