Great turnaround, easy and friendly to deal with, got my truck fixed and back on the road quick and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need even after asking him to look for anything else problematic. Hard to find a good honest mechanic shop these days, but Viking Auto is just that. Will definitely be bringing my truck back to Viking the next time it needs repaired. 10/10 recommend!
Horrible, awful, no good experience. Overcharged, no communication, took over a month and ended up taking it elsewhere.
Took my pickup in for AC repair. I was expecting to wait a few days. Had it ready to go the next day. Very honest and fixed only what was needed, thankfully it was minor and they did not make it something major as some shops will do. Highly recommend.
