I was looking for reliable technicians and thought this was a good company. They repaired my refrigerator, but it only worked for a week. I tried calling them for two days, and no one answered. Eventually, I called another company. A certified technician came, installed a new part, and it turned out that the previous company had used a non-original part. Be careful — these are scammers.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He didn’t explain what the issue was and just demanded payment after doing minimal work. The appliance stopped working again within a few days. Clearly, they lack both skill and customer care.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid a cash prepayment for refrigerator parts and waited almost THREE weeks for a technician to return. When he finally showed up, he installed a fan that was clearly NOT original. When I questioned it, he immediately pushed all responsibility onto ‘management’ and refused to explain anything. I still closed the job and paid the remaining amount in cash — a total of $975 — and asked for a receipt for the parts and labor. He promised the receipt would be emailed. ... read more
