This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid a cash prepayment for refrigerator parts and waited almost THREE weeks for a technician to return. When he finally showed up, he installed a fan that was clearly NOT original. When I questioned it, he immediately pushed all responsibility onto ‘management’ and refused to explain anything.
