The provider bills incorrectly. I visited for annual health check-up and he billed me for 2 visits saying he provided me care for some disease. I did not go through any treatment!
The Dr himself seems to be a good and very helpful guy but I have to give a feedback unless he changes his nurse working there . I booked for first visit (annual check ) and she said we only see you for 15 minutes and we check your ear problem. I clearly booked for annual physical in the app so I insisted that it is general visit and the rude nurse stared showing attitude and said it's 15 minutes. Nand treated me like a number, not a human. Worse, each new office visit he lost the records of my last visit. Either he was clueless why I was there, or he simply forgot who I was and we would have to start all over from scratch, at my expense. His lobby was almost empty so he wasn’t exactly busy, either. Zero Stars.
I highly recommend Dr. Nand and have found him to be a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He is everything you can hope for in a medical provider - observant, engaged with thoughtful questions and listening skills, kind, and extremely proficient across the entire gamut of medicine. Prior to my appointment with Dr. Nand, my experiences with physicians were underwhelming and I am sorry to say of little value. Where they have failed, Dr. Nand excels.
