My whole family has seen dr Desai for many years every time we are sick he sees us as walk ins he has always diagnosed us correctly and gave us the right tests to make us better I would never change doctors he is the best
This is theo worst doctors office. The staff never answers the phone and never schedule the right appointment dates. Its a revolving door of constant staff change and nurses in the office. The staff tests you for things in office and never give you results. Dr. Desai is cold. The best part about this office is Dr. Onal, she sweet and is the most caring in the office, Dr. Desai is lucky to have her he would have no patients if she wasn't there. Overall would not recommend anyone here.
This place is awful. The wait time was over an hour and a half. The wait time for the doctor himself was an extra 15 minutes. Dr. Vikas desai had terrible bedside manners, didn’t even introduce himself didn’t acknowledge me. Barely looked into my issue, and my test results took 3 weeks to come in.
Dr was very kind and compassionate to me past few visits. Not sure why such negative reviews. Drs are human as well, they can listen and help in ways they are only able to do within their scope. He helped me twice now and I’m happy with him as my primary he tries hard to show he cares and even gives advice other than medication. The staff is very compassionate as well, I’m glad to come to this office.
