zero stars! Dr. Desai prescribed extremely addictive diet pills to a child in her twenties who is already very thin!! EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE!
I went as a new patient . Dr Desai was wonderful. Very kind compassionate caring and thorough. He addressed all my concerns and explained everything to me. He’s a wonderful doctor. I could tell he cares about his patients. His staff was very courteous professional and kind. MA also a++ . Thank you Dr Desai! I’ll be referring my family and friends
Dr. Desai is a strange little guy! He is quite an unusual individual and seems unfit to be a doctor. This is my second visit to his office in Islip, and it has been the worst experience I've ever had. He appears disinterested in his work! his body language conveys a sense of laziness and reluctance to fulfill his duties. I don't feel comfortable having him as my mother's physician, especially since he just keeps giving referrals. I will be searching for a new primary care provider. I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. I called the office and nobody answered the phone. No message machine, no recording. I went online and made an appointment. I again called the office to confirm they got the online appointment. Again… no answer. I decided this is a red flag and decided to cancel. I went online and cancelled. Dr Desai is a wonderful doctor! He truly cares about patients and provides excellent medical care. His staff is absolutely amazing! They all go above and beyond and have helped me more than any thank you can ever express. Dr Desai and his staff truly deliver compassionate and high-quality medical care.
