This place is kind of useless. I've been there once or twice and have never gotten anything helpful or useful I came in a few days before Christmas (last minute), and wanted to get a ring resized. They couldn't get it done that quick (absolutely fair). Then I asked if I could at least buy a ring box and a gold cleaning rag. Nope. They had some but they weren't for sale. He does a fantastic job! He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. Fixed my opal necklace on the spot n/c!. He also resized my wedding ring and it is perfect! I recommend 100%!
I came in the store to get the rings appraised. Vik took his time to clean and check all the diamonds. He wrote an appraisal for me at no cost. Very friendly and helpful! Will refer anyone who needs anything or has any questions on jewelry. I am deaf and Vik took his time to write back and forth too.
Vik & Charlotte are Awesome to work with!! I brought in several rings that needed to be resized, and I asked if they could rush the order because I was going to be traveling. Vik exceeded my expectations & had my repairs done in 2 days. The rings all fit beautifully!!! Thank you Vik & Charlotte!!

Vik and his team went above and beyond to work with my needs. He is a amazing designer, and I couldn't be more happy. My mother is overwhelmed why joy! So happy I found him.
