Disorganized office staff and not particularly great care, either. After my son was born in 2018, we haggled with them about overcharging us for nearly a year. Don't waste your time.
Very sketchy about payment.
Not the best service and seems to be sketchy, I was charged a deductible that doesn’t seem accurate. They also never gave me my results of my exam, even after the 6 weeks, I had to call them for them and they didn’t explain them to me, basically just said what I already knew, which is why I got procedure done. They just pushed another procedure and wanted more money, and I requested them to send my results to my primary and it took multiple calls and a month to get that done. She talked over me for 15 min, insisted I didn't need the ultrasound my Primary Doctor asked for, did nothing I asked for, was very rude, rushed me out and then slapped me with a $65 charge. She refused to check my insurance at all, even though they were in network with my plan. She & the front desk man pressured me to pay $65 and said they would check my insurance later and refund me if they had to. It was so sketchy and I starting crying in the middle of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! she overcharges on copayments. She has not responded to my request for a refund to my overcharged copayment.
