Dr. Pokala is my doctor and my Husband Dr. He is My Family's doctor as well. If Dr Pokala wasn't a good doctor he wouldn't have as many patients as he does. If it seems like you are waiting a long time. It's because he is at the Hospital saving someone's life like My Husband's. So don't be discouraged At the long wait just Pray that the person he is tending to at the Hospital Lives to see another Day. Because if it was me in the Hospital I would want him by my side. Have a Blessed Day
The office is a smidge overbooked and I can see why. An honest and direct man, capable, everything you could want in a doctor.
This office overbooks appointments! You will be there 3+ hours every time.
Worth the wait in the office. If I am waiting he is out saving a life just like he did mine. I am surprised anybody would complain about a doctors office with sick people in it especially when its where you can get the best care. I havent had a problem with my medicines and pharmacies other than normal. My previous provider asked me every time I went in which pharmacy I wanted and I told them clearly yet called every walmart around to find it. Never had that with Dr. Pokala.
Very, very poor care. Office staff is snippy. Doctor promises referrals, doesn't put them on the chart, nothing happens. Drugs are called in to the wrong pharmacy. Office visits pretty much take all day -- be prepared for multiple waiting rooms with VERY sick patients, sniffling and coughing. Sends you to places for labs that don't take your coverage, and they KNOW it. Claim they called you and they didn't. I think they're trying to serve way too many people with not nearly enough staff.
