Dr. Pokala is experienced and proficient at his work, and by my account, seems a caring cardiologist. However, I spent 95% of my time waiting this the 1 out of 5 rating. The office manager is rude and presents as non-caring. While I may appreciate his time as valuable, my time was obviously completely unvalued at this center/office. If you choose Dr. Pokala, be prepared to wait half a day or more to see him.
