I visited and had blood drawn on February 1, 2023; and I have yet to get my results after 4 phone calls to the office with an assurance of getting a call back from the Dr.

In addition to my doctor, I truly love the ladies (Carla and Sanaa) they are very responsive to my many requests and needs. They are always pleasant to deal with even though it can get pretty hectic at times at the front desk with people coming and going and phones ringing. Both of the ladies are very personable and will go above and beyond to help (i.e., prescription refills, referrals, billing issues, getting messages to the doctor, etc.)
Been going to Dr. Sarma for over 10 years. I LOVE her as a doctor. She is the sweetest & she listens to her patients. But I will not refer anybody to her office because the woman at the front desk is the WORSE. She's rude, she has you standing at the front desk waiting for her acknowledgment for 10 minutes. But it's not because she's answering phones or doing anything else that she should be doing. She's usually running her mouth about lunch. The hold time when you call is also unbearable.
