Extremely disappointed with front desk staff. very rude and inconvenient. if they have to do one extra effort for you they will screw you up for long time.

Dr. Shaw does not know what is covered by your insurance. She just orders all possible tests. Please make sure you check with your insurance before you take those test. Else you will end up paying 100s dollars like me. Office staff does not answer phone properly. Though you have appointment, they will give importance to walk-ins who came just before you.

Dr Jay and Vijaya both are good doctors but their staff is awful! Have zero knowledge about healthcare and never pass message to any docs. Makes story to doctors for sake of job protection. If staff is bad you can't rely only on doctors. Staff is the first person you have to go through to reach to doctor. And both docs hardly listen to you when you have problem with the staff.They just pass judgements listening their staff's story. Such a shame. Never go here and if you do Good Luck!

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
