Dr. Patel and his staff are incredibly kind people. They always make you feel welcome the second you enter the office. The wait time is rarely longer than 5 minutes — very efficient. Great care, great service, very knowledgeable doctor. Would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone.
Please avoid going to this doctor. I mean Dr Vijay Patel might have good knowledge and experience, but the management is not good. As I took my father to Dr Vijay Patel for annual blood work. From that one visit I can clearly say he is very much aware of the how they are managing patients and what procedures they are following start from appointment to providing blood report and service. I've been trying to find a good dr. For my father because his primary care has gone on vacation every month since March, without notifying patients beforehand or at least fill a prescription with refills or have them in office beforehand. Luckily I ran across this Dr. Made an appointment with EASE will see my father in a day. I called 20 doctors beforehand and since he's a new patient every dr needs a month to make an appointment.
