I just started seeing Dr. Vijay Patel and I have to say that I feel very comfortable coming to his office and expressing my concerns to him. He has delivered on everything we've talked about so far, and I know he and the rest of the office staff will continue to do so. I have been looking for a reliable primary care doctor for a while now, as I just moved from a different state. First of all, I feel deeply concerned by these false reviews that I'm reading of my doctor. He saved my life, and that’s something I will never forget. Dr. Vijay is the best and I don't care what anyone else says. He actually listens to me and care about his patients!! Please don't let these sad, vindictive people stop you from coming here. I am soooo grateful for the care I’ve received here and will CONTINUE to receive. My doctor is the best, go Dr. Vijay!!
Dont believe the 5 stars. They are all his family members. Highly unprofessional. The doctor is educated but has no manners and is lousy. He doesn't care about you at all. If you want forms to be filled out, he takes them and then forgets about them. Called them constantly, and the doctor refused to write the forms in a timely manner. He has a temper. I highly do not recommend him. I do not understand how he even got a medical degree.
I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. The conduct was highly unprofessional. Holding an MD does not justify speaking negatively about others behind their backs. The doctor came across as unwilling to help with basic patient needs.He was reluctant to handle things like prior authorizations, which are an important part of getting proper care.
