My 80 year old mother is a live and well. Her vigor alertness is thanks to you. From the first day we sat in your office, your bedside manner, empathy, ability to listen and clear information eased my mother’s fears. She cannot stop singing your praises and the human aspect you bring to your work. My siblings and I are forever grateful to you for the care, and treatment you provided our mom. My mother was seen at this office on 5/3. We were referred to another physician & were told by NP Blessy that she would have her office contact the other physicians office to “have her squeezed in”. We’ve now been waiting two weeks to have this arranged. When I call the office I speak with the call center and when they speak with the receptionist at this office she does not want to speak me with me but rather sends messages through the call center. I don’t know how to express how I feel except Dr. Agarwal is a blessing. He made me feel at ease. Everything went well, I felt at all times that I was in the best hands. Even during scary moments he and his staff made me feel confident and at ease. Beginning to end, it’s an unbelievable experience. His hands saves lives. He’s not just a talented brain tumor surgeon, but also a great person.
