Dr. Ohiaeri needs to lose his licence, doesnt even know what a placebo is to verify whether or not someone is ill or even needs medication in the first place, doesnt work together with his patients and if you tell him that you attempted to end your life due to harassment and abuse he will look at you like your ill and continue to force you to take involuntary injections regardless of proof that shows you have been getting harassed and intimidated. it doesnt matter that I have spoken with a police officer from another country... read more
I’m writing this review to speak up for my friend who’s been through an absolutely heartbreaking experience at VIHA Nanaimo. The doctors there don’t listen to their patients and dismiss their concerns outright. My friend tried to share their struggles, including harassment that led to a suicide attempt, and instead of support, the staff used it against them, twisting the BC Mental Health Act to justify their actions. "If you’re into having your anxiety attacks spun against you, past hospitalizations dragged up like a criminal record, misdiagnoses wielded as gospel, or the BC Mental Health Act used as a club to shut you up, this is the place to be. You’ll adore the way they turn your struggles into their power trip. Highly recommend… if you hate being heard!" From a highly recommended source.. definitely won't be checking in..
