I had a hysterectomy done by Dr. Vigneri and Cassie. I trusted them. They didn’t inform me of the realistic risks even though I asked. They didn’t do a follow up ultrasound to see how my fibroids were doing before surgery. They went in thinking it was 1 fibroid 2.5 centimeters. I had 2 the size of a softball and of a grapefruit. Fantastic care! I really appreciate all they do to help me. Not only is Dr. Vigneri great but so is his staff... especially Heather.
Dr. Vigneri was very courteous and attentive. Excellent bedside manner and felt well taken care of. Knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely my wait is long, but as an OB/GYN his schedule is variable and he will be at a delivery. The staff always lets me know and is very friendly.
Waited 45minutes in lobby then rushed through my15 minute appointment! Girls up front wanted to know a lot about the office I work in. They knew wait time was not appropriate but never apologized as it happens regularly!
