I cannot advise you strongly enough against renting with them (at least in montreal). Although the appartments are spacious and nice, the management is terrible. Over the course of living there we had windows that would not close and were never fixed, even throughout the winter. There was constant construction from 7am - 4pm all year long which we were not informed of when we signed the lease, and utilities were cut once a week.
