This shop put my family’s lives in danger. I paid $1,911 for rear brake work, and they overtightened the bolts so badly that 6 out of 8 snapped. The motorhome shook violently, and we barely escaped a deadly accident — with my two children inside. This is not a mistake; it is life‑threatening negligence. Completely unacceptable.
They replaced the rear brakes rotors and calipers of my motorhome. They charged me $ 1,911.00. On the way back to delaware vehicle started to shake. I took it to mechanic ASAP. We saw that they overtightened the bolts and broke the 6 out of 8. We were about to die.
Always willing to help with my older trucks. Doesn’t matter if it’s frame welding, brakes, or any other issue. James is always friendly and walks you through the work after he’s done with it. Friendly family run business.
