Before I moved I was addicted to Vigil's. I recently went back to visit, and was lucky enough to hit a sale. I stocked up, thinking it would last a few months. We were out of beef jerky within a week. Guess i have to order more!
I picked up a package of green chile beef jerky after doing the full natural cave entrance and the big room at Carlsbad Caverns. It was absolutely awesome. I do not typically like beef jerky as it is very thick and chewy. This wad very thin, not fatty and very well flavored.
