The people was nice
Wanted to give a very honest review. We were relocating from CO to MI. Looking for the top of the line home security system/company. Fast forward we decided on Vigilante. The install went pretty good. Within the first 3 mouths we had the panel fail not for any reason other than it did. I was able to contact an amazing 24/7 support team. Let me add how SAFE & CONFIDENT that makes our family feel. Had a technician come out with a replacement. The fun part. The one employee short guy with long hair has a bad attitude problem, and doesn't listen, talks right over you and yells at you like he's talking to his child, and the door is still not unlocking after all his attitude, after I told him it's not working right
