Wanted to give a very honest review. We were relocating from CO to MI. Looking for the top of the line home security system/company. Fast forward we decided on Vigilante. The install went pretty good. Within the first 3 mouths we had the panel fail not for any reason other than it did. I was able to contact an amazing 24/7 support team. The one employee short guy with long hair has a bad attitude problem, and doesn't listen, talks right over you and yells at you like he's talking to his child, and the door is still not unlocking after all his attitude, after I told him it's not working right
There are not many companies left that care at a high level. This one does and you can really feel it. I used them to put an alarm in my home at the end of last year and the service has been amazing. I also never knew how bad I needed an alarm until I had one and ACTUALLY USED it.
A great company to deal with. They were very responsive to our initial request for information and all follow-ups as well. We have some unusual special functions that we need in our alarm system, and they were very understanding and worked with us to design a system that fully meets our needs.
