I highly recommend Vigilant Restoration!
Made me pay up front to begin work. I had no choice due to the standing water in my house. I had a $1000 deductible, and they demanded the $1000 to begin work. They then billed my insurance company for the entire amount and took it. Now I can't get work done on my floor until I get them to admit their mistake and give my the $1000 back to my insurance company so that they can issue a check to the flooring company. It's been 11 months since my house flooded and still not resolved.
