Great company. I had water damage in both of my bathrooms in my condo from a water leak from upstairs. Vigilant came highly recommended. They responded quickly and the water damage was repaired and my full bath was remodeled. Ken was a great and kept me in the loop with phone calls and pictures of the work. I couldn't be there due to living in Florida. Thank you guys for making this experience easy.

Justin from Vigilant came to our house at 10:30 pm to assess water damage in our home. He scheduled mitigation work for early the next day which was completed by 11:30 am. My wife and I were able to fly to Chicago without changing our itinerary. Great customer service!

I've used Vigilant twice in the past 2 years for water damage issues at both my home and my commercial property and they are absolutely fantastic to work with. From the first panic call to the final completion, their entire team and staff were very helpful, responsive and most importantly they do great work. Once they were done, they had things back to looking like the problem was never there. Highly recommend them!!!
