This is my second experience with Vigilant. They are very customer oriented. The whole experience from planning to delivery exceeded my expectations. And I definitely would highly recommend them for your wine cellar needs!
Started working on a design with them late 2025. They needed a deposit to continue design.. Gave them $1,162.00 and they in turn raised the price from $15K to over $19K AFTER they took my deposit and sent the quote. Blamed price increase in 2026.. Appears to be a scam to get a deposit.

I purchased a vintage Vigilant humidor from the 1990's. I reached out to them about getting it refinished and the Humidity Control looked at. They did what they could for the wood itself, but then they offered to replace the entire humidity control to an updated digital version for me for a slight fee. I was happy to do it and it came back to me promptly and I am now Happily using my "new to me" humidor and it works great. I am actually thinking about getting another humidor from them because of their great service!
I'm extremely pleased with my new custom humidor from Vigilant. The staff worked well with my design team. The shipment was packed well. Now that it's installed, I was able to complete the setup and was amazed to see how easy it is to control! It looks great and is performing exactly as I had hoped.
