I came to this location for my pre employment drug testing. This was by far the worst and most disgusting testing experience I have ever had! The examiner did not flush the toilet between clients! When I arrived for my appointment and led to the testing restroom, the toilet was full of used wads of toilet paper and I would assume urine from prior clients, which I was expected to hold my hand/cup in to collect my sample. I will be providing this feedback to my employer in hopes to use another vendor.

Vigilant Business Solutions (VBS) is the best and has the best customer service anywhere! If I call, I know who is answering the phone and that I can trust him. Ken also went above and beyond to look at what our business' needs are, and helped instate drug testing with policies and procedures. Besides being a great business, Ken brings years of expertise in his field. VBS is the best!
