Vigas actually did not lie. My account was down as a C.O.D from being delinquent for nearly 8 months and that's why things were as they were. It's policy...Not the fault of VIGAS at all! After talking to the manager this morning I now have a full understanding of everything. My apologies to all the staff at Vigas in Winder. As soon as I figure out how to delete the review from yesterday it will be done. Thank you Clint...you have helped me several times over the years and I appreciate you so much!

Vigas lied to me and said they would waive the fee on late charges when a bill got lost or misplaced when I was in the hospital last year for 6 days when they sent me a letter I went and paid $400 in cash and they did NOT waive anything! Now my tank is on empty and I am elderly, disabled and have small children and animals in my home with the only heat source being propane as well as a gas stove. They mislead thinking I was get a tank and gas delivered on the third she took all my information down talked to JJ about the hose we have he even asked for a picture and then on the third I called and they acted like they didn't know who I was are what was going and then the owner called and tried to sale me a new tank I don't need a new tank we are on a fixed income and I was only trying to get hear for my blind brother if they didn't want to sale to me all they had to say was no instead of giving me a runaround I would ... read more
