Genuinely insane levels of spam. Took a few days off and returned to 20 copies of the same email. Don't bother replying about how I need to take time out of my day to "unsubscribe" from this, the sender addresses are blocked and this review is staying at 1 star.
Been getting spam emails from these guys for 5 years to my work email.
Like others already reviewed, this company is deceptive and spamming my corporate email as if they have an existing relationship with me and the company I work for. I don’t even know how they got my email in the first place. No different from cold calling. ps: if they reply to this, they are most likely going to say “we are glad we can help remove your email from our subscription list” which there never was one to begin with.
Update: I have changed my review in response to the great customer support team. More specifically Evan Miller. He addressed the issues I had below and made them right. Original post: I'm honestly not impressed by the product. I have at least 7 of these across two different offices and they consistently have issues. One of our VJ-3 scopes just turns off it it bumps into something with about as force as a matchbox car. The videos on the SD cards become corrupted over time.
