Their customer support took over two weeks to respond, sent a firmware update that broke the board. Opened a ticket with them again, it's been a week and still no response again. So 3 weeks with a broken board and can't get anyone to respond.
Quite possibly the worst product I have ever used. The viewsonic board has a terrible operating system, crashes a couple times a day, rings loud notifications at random times, has a terrible interface with google programs, they don't update in real time, I could go on. I would not advise purchasing viewsonic view board at this time.
VP-2785-4K (Nov. 2024) Negative 500 stars Original monitor failed after less than 300 hours of use. Replacement unit (a) looked used, due to the finish on the front bezel being worn off and (b) had a dE2000 of about 6, instead of their advertised 1.5, in the sRGB color mode. 1. I purchased my first Viewsonic monitor, an XG320Q, in early November. Despite having some issues, the hardware didn't turn me off to the company, but their conduct has. The monitor has no reviews, which I thought was odd, but the specs were good so I took the plunge. After a weeks use and finding what I liked and disliked, I submitted a non derogatory 3 star review of the monitor, and said it would be a solid 4 if they resolved a couple issues.
