This company is disorganized, rude and poor in customer service. One of their most valued employees (Lisa) has left the company on the west coast and the company is now difficult and unpleasant to deal with any longer. I would not recommend using them unless desperate. There are many other companies that are better like Integrated Health, IMA Solutions, Rapid Interactive, etc. Viewpoint is dated and couldn't care less about the welfare of your client or who they hire for practitioners.
