Marvin came through like a champ to save a deal that was about to go sideways! After more than a month in escrow and 3 days before expected closing with another lender, we got the ridiculous news that they could not fund the loan. Marvin Hudson and his team are the worse people to work with. Took out a loan at a fixed rate, now for the past months my loan company has open an escrow account because my home owners insurance wasn’t in my name. At the time of doing business with viewpoint the house was in my sisters and my name. Took her out of the loan and this happened.
