The staff there were more than knowledgeable they were ready for me as I arrived and had paperwork for me to fill out,Dr. Went with me through the whole exam and made sure that I understood everything he was doing , after the exam Amanda was real helpful in picking out frames and discussing prices 6/15/26, Amanda and Alex were real informative, they both had a lot input, and are on top of there profession
My insurance recently changed and I needed to find a new optometrist and eyeglass provider. Target was the third place I called and Alex was so helpful and professional that I didn’t hesitate making an appointment. I’m so glad I did. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It’s the best customer service I’ve received anywhere in a very long time. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Awesome people! Doctor was nice and helpful, Alex and the lady who helped me the day before. I will be back in the future for sure.
