Aubrey at Viewpoint Art Therapy is a light in the dark! Her compassionate and creative approaches truly allow clients to hone in on exactly what they need in a safe and nurturing environment. Her gentle approach, and wealth of knowledge on trauma, makes her practice such a welcoming space. Highly recommend her practice and workshops!
Aubrey provides an environment that allows you to feel safe to explore all the parts of life. I wasn’t sure how effective art therapy would be but Aubrey proved how healing exploration through creativity is. She was both compassionate and not afraid to challenge my beliefs or way of thinking and that fact that she utilizes IFS makes it a no brainer. Worth every penny- you will be a better version of yourself because of it.
