I got John to clean windows but when he came and checked them he refused to do the job. He checked the windows before and gave me a quote which I accepted. I could not believe that he left!!! Never happened with us before. Nothing was changed since his last visit. I think he just got busy with bigger jobs and did not want to bother doing something which was more challenging than he thought.
