Very nice and caring staff. As I get older it gets harder to get blood out of me but the girls here are so understanding and careful and I can't say how much I appreciate that extra level of care!
Where they check you in everyone in the waiting room can hear your conversation with the front desk, and they don't hold back about discussing why you are here while everyone is listening, there's literally a chair to sit and wait in right next to the receptionist/check in desk, no hand soap in the bathroom and you have to touch the paper towel dispenser to use it, one of the ceiling blocks is open and you can see the insulation and ventilation ducts in the ceiling, very uncomfortable visit here and I will not come back.
Have to agree with previous review regarding attitudes. No EXCUSE for the terrible customer service/attitude of the woman with the very short hair!! Been in several times with my elder mum and she is just beyond rude to folks. NOT acceptable!! You should be ashamed to have someone like this working and representing the business.
Went in today to get bloodwork done. Their fax machine has been out all week as I was very rudely informed, like it was somehow my fault and I should have known. People like this need to be put out of a job so do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
