I had an MRI done and I get very anxious, My MRI tech was really nice even though it was 1030 at night and I could tell she was definitely exhausted.
Fast and easy check in, and NOTHING like previous experiences for both labs and mammogram. I HIGHLY recommend Geisinger Viewmont to patients with high anxiety for lab work as well as mammograms ! Everyone I encountered was very kind and professional ! ! Also waiting time for lab work was about 5-7 minutes (can vary of course) and waiting for mammogram was 1-2 minutes. Start to finish under half hour !
The check-in process is very cumbersome. I don’t understand the need to re-enter information at the kiosk that was already verified prior to my arrival using MyChart.
It's hard to get an appointment due to thr proximity of thr place. Has everything. I don't go anywhere else.
Great staff. Minimal wait time.
