REVIEW: 2023-10-19 I began taking my kids here 8 years ago, and the experience was phenomenal. They were able to overcame my kids fear of the dentist. They actually didn't dread having to go in for checkups and procedures. It is disheartening to see how this dentistry has changed over the past 8 years... from personable, patient, and considerate to a stone cold, impersonal, assembly-line practice... it has lost the heart and soul that once made it special. This office is refusing to handle an issue that resulted from an error on their part. I have never written a poor review for a business because I know the importance of them. After receiving a referral for oral surgery I scheduled that consultation to be informed they needed a specific **ray. I called Viewmont Dentistry to see if that was taken and could be forwarded to the oral surgeons office. I went to see ****************** after not seeing a dentistt for over 35 years. I previously had a bad experience at a different dentist office and gave Viewmont family dentistry a try. From the moment I entered I felt at ease. Dr. ********************** and associates clearly explained a plan of care based on my dental needs. I have had four visits now to replace fillings, and put in new fillings. Each visit has been extremely compassionate and professional.
