Never on time. Always at least an hour late. Even with 9:10am appointments. No respect for patients. Gotten worse over the years unfortunately
Arrived to told the doctor is running 1.5 hours behind at 11:30 in the morning, this is just plain disrespectful to patients and creating further barriers to seeking and getting healthcare.
As a carer working within the community and attending various medical practices, I must express my disappointment with the experience at ViewBank. The treating doctor was familiar with the client’s condition to the extent that she previously advised hospital admission due to critically low oxygen levels in a patient with stage 4 cancer. Used to be q great practice until they lost all their ethical caring doctors. Refuse to work with patients to transfer history and permits new clinics. Then treat patients subpar but charge some of the highest fees in Melbourne even on pension. Walk away without the long-standing repeat script but pocket $170 lighter. If you're ill, you need to see a clairvoyant to book 2-7 weeks in advance, because that's the average time until next appointment. Service is terrible. Made us come 3 separate times, with one of the appointments being booked as a telehealth by reception, and it was a complete waste of time on all 3 occasions. Incompetence doesn’t even come close to describing this clinic.
