I love viewpoint for my teenager. They communicate really well to the parents. Ms Dee is wonderful!!!!!
Very supportive with working with my step son through life and mental health
Dorenda Wicker helped make the 10 days our daughter was a patient there less anxious for my wife and me. She contacted us almost daily with updates on or daughter’s progress and even gave us her personal phone number “just in case”. The day following my daughter’s discharge Ms Wicker called to see how everything was going and went above and beyond to send a very important article I left at View Point. Thanks Dee! Contact with other staff was limited but pleasant, professional and productive.
I liked this place, some staffs were rude but there were some staff I loved, very organized and professional, have groups, school, and activities. Food is excellent, hygiene done at a right time. Staff actually pay attention to the rules and regulations
