I broke my glasses and was in urgent need for a new pair. View optical came up first on Google and they did not disappoint. Special thanks to Anna she was wonderful. Anna helped me extensively look for a pair of glasses I liked and even offered her opinion on what she felt suited me best which was great. Will be coming here from now on. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the team there on 08/22/26 They were all super friendly and helpful as well.
Joe was a lifesaver. I had a busy week at work coming up and my glasses spontaneously broke down. My lens popped out and I had lost the screw. I walked in rather late to the store, 7:20 PM, yet Joe and his coworker were extremely welcoming and helpful. Joe got my glasses fixed in no time and was incredibly nice to talk to.
Great experience with ordering glasses, I needed to get them urgently as my existing glasses broke. They accommodated immediately and helped turn over getting them ready same day! Thanks to Joe helping me through the process.
Same day turnaround for glasses is an extremely useful offering here; all of the service members in store were very patient and helpful. Thanks to Lena and the whole team there for helping me out. I will say the frames are definitely more high end/they carry a lot of the more famous brands.
I was looking for new glasses and noticed this place when driving to the Fremont Hub area. I checked the reviews first and decided to give them a try. Wow! I received exceptional customer service from Maryanne. She went above and beyond. Maryanne was patient and helpful as I tried on more than 30 pairs of glasses.
