Stopped by View Optical in Fremont to get my sunglasses adjusted, and Joe was awesome. My sunglasses were bent in a really odd way and weren’t easy to straighten. Joe spent a good amount of time working on them, making small adjustments until he finally got them perfect. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right. The staff was amazing. The turn around time was shockingly fast as it was just 3 days where as all other stores were about 2-3 weeks. Amazing quality and service.
Fantastic service. I was able to get two pairs of glasses done within the day. Marianne was incredibly helpful and provided all the information I needed as well as insight on what frames looked best. Great customer service.
Fixed a screw in my glasses free of charge after owning them for about 2 months, they're good as new. Great service.
