I had an issue with my glasses and stopped by View Optometrist even though I wasn’t a regular customer. Joe was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help me out. He quickly fixed my problem, made sure everything was properly adjusted, and didn’t charge me a penny for his time and expertise. This kind of genuine customer service is rare these days. I had a great experience at View Optical. Anna was very friendly and professional. She assisted me with selecting frames, explaning the process, and taking measurements, etc. Although the glasses were a bit pricey, View Optical delivered them sameday-within hours. When I picked up my glasses, Amanda made sure my glasses fit correctly by making appropriate adjustments to the frame. Overall a good experience. I recommend the View Optical.
