Just horrible and I am beyond disappointed and regretful that I moved to this overpriced mouse trap! Turn on the shower this morning and AGAIN no hot water! I let it run for a few minutes and still no hot water! This is the 3rd time in 8 days that I've had to take a cold shower in the morning. This has been a recurring problem since I moved in and the mice, Ugh! This building also has a very high turnover, tenants are constantly moving in and out. Once the shelter in place is lifted, I too plan to move!
This building does a great job of feeding you lies on their website. I’ve been here for over 5 years in 2 different apartments. They have a VERY bad mouse problem. My apartment is so poorly put together the windows don’t work properly the sink is always spraying out from the side and my stove is horrible. In my very first apartment here the roof was leaking and coming down. The building is not horrible but trust me you will get tired of living here because they don’t care to fix it.
