New management is very strict about everything and it’s unnecessary. I’ve lived here most of my life and have never had any issues with previous management. They go around essentially nitpicking things for you to repair or change.
The manager likes to break the rules and go into the properties and into the fence area without permission just to harass about terms that were were already discussed last week and without notice of coming into the property. Also has no manners or regards for the residents
