Would NOT recommend at all. Still charging our bank when we cancelled contracts well over a year ago. Sneaky behaviour, stealing money & very poor communication. Never replies to emails and lies to you over the phone. I would avoid this gym at all costs!
Generally liked these guys they are a no frills honest gym with acceptable facilities. Helped me on my fitness journey. But very disappointed with admin and charging. I had family issues that forced me to first cut my boot camp membership, and ultimately i had to quit gym.. Each time he would not respond to my cancellation, hard to contact, and lagged on direct debit charges many weeks.. generally i didn’t care that much.. latest pushed me over.. website says open from 8.00am - 6.00pm, have called throughout the day on multiple occasions and on different days within those times..... no answer.
Favourite gym in the area. Bigger space than I thought it would be with easy parking and access. Loads of equipment and 24 hour access to train when I want.
Primo establishment and staff. Well done guys
