Poor communication. Used the online portal on 11/19 to request an appointment for 11/22. According to the confirmation email I received, I would be called to confirm the appointment. Two days later I still haven't received a call. I then called the business and was transfered to Lucy's voicemail. The voicemail claimed I would be called back in 24 hours. I was not called back. It has since been over a month and I have not received any communication.
Went in for first Botox appointment. Jamie did the procedure he was super knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. If you’re unsure about Botox get a consultation with him. He was honest about what to expect and I went ahead with it. Super clean environment with a friendly and relaxed guy. Nothing bad to say I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back for my future appointments.
Highly recommend this place. I felt really comfortable and well informed about getting Botox for the first time. I saw Jamie and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable at the same time. I would absolutely return and would not hesitate to send my friends and family to see Jamie as well.
