What a disappointing experience.. Showed up to my appt 5 mins early, the door had a sign to wait since there was another patient in there. Ok no prob, I stayed in the hallway and saw the patient go use the restroom and then return back to the room. I still waited, after another 10 mins (bladder full), I knocked on the door.. no reply. I called the number listed.. no answer. At this point, I have waited 20 mins with a full bladder. I used the restroom, knocked on the door again (no answer), so I decided to leave. It’s my third time coming here and it’s was a very nice experience once again. I can’t wait to meet my baby and we did 5D and it came out nicely. Will come again for our last baby.
