Paul is fantastic! Our basement drain overflowed on Sunday afternoon and made a disgusting, smelly mess that flowed into my bedroom. We called Vietzke and not only did Paul come out ASAP, but he didn't charge us "after hours" fees. He stuck around until the job was done (about 10 pm!) and was very thorough and friendly. It only took him a couple hours and we are so grateful that he was available. He was also very patient with our dramatic cats. Thank you, Paul!

Unprofessional driver. I was cut off today by one of your trucks. I changed lanes, and I was cut off again. So I honked. The driver rolled down his window and flipped us off (along with our young son).

Called several times and never received a phone call back. This is absolutely unprofessional and I highly recommend you use a different company. P. S. The response I received is incorrect. I have called three times without a response. I called last week and this week. You answered my review but can't return a phone call?
