So there is a worker, she’s a Gen Z but she’s giving less than other people, when there is enough boba to give someone she’s says “oh there’s not enough” and there is, another thing is when I ask no ice, she gives me less drink and one time I ask for no ice and she put ice several times, she’s Hispanic looking and puts a lot of accessories on her face, please fire her .
Paid $6 for a green tea milk tea that tasted completely off and spoiled. I did not notice until actively shopping around HEB. I went back after I had completed my shopping and tried to get a replacement or a refund for the off-tasting drink for something. They wouldn’t do so, citing that they would be fired. Food and drinks were great ! Staff was nice loved the atmosphere and decorations:)! Will be coming again ! :)
Worst food ive ever had, couldn’t even eat it. Bad flavor taste microwaved not fresh.
