Vietopia in Draper has the most authentic Pho in Utah I love the vibe at this place.
Oh man! These guys used to be good, but have gone downhill like crazy. We just ordered spring rolls & pho tai. The spring rolls tasted like they were made two days ago. And the pho seriously tasted rotten! I eat pho 2-3 times a week, and have had bad pho, but this one tasted like it had bad meat or something? The actual broth tasted burnt. I can’t describe it, but it was awful. The waitress was very nice! But the food was soooo gross.
