Okay travel agency I am a frequent flyer and I have been to many travel agencies. It's not that this agency is bad, but it is not great either. I had a few questions about my upcoming vacation to Vietnam so I left a message and they really took a long time to respond. The rates are fairly reasonable. It's just that I felt that this agency did not really provide me with a lot of information before leaving for Vietnam.
