They ordered a tractor water pump and was not the correct replacement part. They ordered the correct pump but would not give me credit for the they ordered because the box was torn.

I’d like to share my experience with this business. A few months back, my truck broke down on my way to work. I parked it along the highway right of way away from their entrance. I go back to get it a few hours later, they had pulled my truck with a tractor about 250 yards in gear down the ditch and tore the ball joints out of the driver front end. I filed a police report, still in process. Beware
Parts guy is rude. Doesn't have any knowledge of mowers. Was making wrong comments on things. Mouthy when he has to do his job. We won't be back.
